Jubilant FoodWorks has appointed Suman Hegde as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective March 1, 2024. With over 20 years of leadership experience in finance, Suman joins from Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she served as Vice President Finance – Beauty, Wellbeing & Personal Care, South Asia. Her extensive background at Hindustan Unilever and Unilever Europe B.V. encompasses key roles in Controllership, Business Partnering, Procurement, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Investor Relations.

“Suman brings more than two decades of diverse leadership experience in the finance sector. Having served in various capacities at Hindustan Unilever and Unilever Europe B.V., she has overseen crucial functions including Controllership, Business Partnering, Procurement, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Investor Relations,” stated the company in an official announcement.

Suman holds both the designation of a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from Mumbai’s Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. With a rich professional history spanning over two decades within Unilever, encompassing roles in both India and Europe, she brings a wealth of experience to her credit. Her expertise spans diverse aspects of finance, including roles in Controllership, Business Partnering, Procurement, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Investor Relations.
