A Proven Leader in Diagnostics and Healthcare
Rajdeep brings with him an accomplished techno-commercial background in the healthcare and diagnostics sector. Over the course of his career, he has:
- Led P&L management and multi-market business expansion
- Played a role in the launch and management of over 200 diagnostic laboratories
- Been a founding team member of two healthcare ventures
- Scaled large, multi-centre diagnostic operations across regions
Prior to joining Thyrocare, Rajdeep served as Director at GHL Pharma & Diagnostics Ltd. (GHL–Medanta), where he played a key role in expanding Medanta Labs across North India. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Apollo Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson, and Dr. Lal PathLabs, spanning business expansion, commercial strategy, technical operations, accreditation, process excellence, and organisational transformation.
