GITAM (Deemed to be University) has launched a brand film that follows the inspiring journeys of several alumni who are now creating meaningful change in India and abroad. More than a showcase of success, the film captures how formative experiences at GITAM helped shape their responses to real-world issues across various fields.
Alumni Stories: Progress through Purpose
The film highlights the paths of three GITAM alumni:
- Kassey Suhita Anupam, an IPS officer serving in Bihar,
- Satish Natti, a U.S.-based engineer and founder of Gridaxon,
- Goutam Surana, who leads ECO 365, an initiative focused on water conservation.
Rather than glorifying their accomplishments, the narrative emphasizes the consistent effort and personal clarity that underpin their contributions to public service, technology, and sustainability.
University’s Vision: Shaping Thoughtful Changemakers
Commenting on the film, Sribharat Mathukumilli, President of GITAM, noted that transformation stems from how individuals engage with the world around them. GITAM aims to foster an environment that subtly nurtures thoughtfulness and initiative, allowing students to evolve into individuals who drive real impact.

Campaign and Creative Direction
Conceptualised by Manja Brandworks, the film is now available across GITAM’s official digital platforms. It thoughtfully explores the broader role of education—not just in enabling careers, but in shaping lives committed to societal progress.
Conclusion
GITAM’s brand film is a quiet yet powerful tribute to lives built on clarity of purpose and steady effort. By focusing on how education can influence real-world engagement, the film goes beyond institutional pride and offers a reflective narrative on how universities can play a subtle but significant role in creating changemakers.
