FNP Launches AI Rakhi Film Celebrating Sibling Bonds Across Borders

Ferns N Petals (FNP) has launched a unique Raksha Bandhan campaign for 2025 that blends emotion with innovation. In collaboration with creative agency Teen Bandar, FNP has unveiled a heartwarming AI-generated film that celebrates sibling love across borders. The campaign beautifully upholds the brand’s ongoing message — “Door ho ya paas, Rakhi banayein khaas.”

The AI Film: Emotion, Personalisation, and Innovation

Instead of a traditional shoot, this 30-second digital film is entirely AI-generated. It showcases heartfelt Raksha Bandhan moments between siblings living in different parts of the world — from video calls to gift exchanges. The campaign also features customised versions of the film, where senders’ or siblings’ names are integrated into the voiceover, adding a deeply personal touch.

The legendary voice of Piyush Mishra lends warmth and gravity to the narrative, making the film feel both futuristic and familiar.

Why FNP Chose AI for Rakhi 2025

Speaking on the campaign, Avi Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer at FNP, explained:

“With families more global than ever, we wanted to show that distance doesn’t weaken the bond — especially on Rakhi. By using AI, we’ve reimagined how we tell this story while staying rooted in our core promise: delivering not just gifts, but emotions, on time and across the world.”

The approach not only saves on production logistics but allows for scalable personalisation, making each Rakhi gift more meaningful.

Creative Collaboration That Crosses Borders

Savio Joseph, Co-founder of Teen Bandar, added:

“Partnering with FNP again was a joy. This time, we used AI to reinforce their global promise and bring alive a simple insight — that even across borders, a Rakhi can still feel personal.”

This collaboration showcases how emotional storytelling and new tech can seamlessly coexist when driven by a meaningful insight.

Conclusion: Rakhi Gets a Tech-Driven Makeover, But Keeps Its Heart

FNP’s AI-powered Raksha Bandhan film is a powerful example of how brands can stay emotionally relevant while adopting cutting-edge tools. As families become more dispersed across geographies, campaigns like this highlight that traditions, emotions, and the meaning of Rakhi can still thrive — no matter the distance.
