In 2025, the agency launched #SheReelswithTonic, an initiative designed to empower women-led businesses by enhancing their digital brand presence through engaging Instagram reels.

Under #SheReelswithTonic, Tonic Worldwide selected 10 women-led businesses with under 10K Instagram followers and provided them with professionally crafted reels. The goal was simple yet powerful—to help these brands increase their visibility, engagement, and reach through strategic content creation.

From Call to Action to Content Creation

The initiative kicked off with an open call on Instagram and LinkedIn, inviting women entrepreneurs to participate. The response was overwhelming—nearly 100 businesses applied within just five days.

Here’s how the process unfolded:

  • Shortlisting: Tonic’s team meticulously reviewed applications and handpicked businesses with high potential.
  • Customized Reel Concepts: Each selected brand received two tailored Instagram reel ideas and could choose their preferred concept.
  • Content Production: The team coordinated product deliveries, executed high-quality shoots at Tonic’s premises, and ensured seamless execution.
  • Execution & Support: The reels were produced by Tonic’s all-women content team, bringing creativity, strategy, and impact together.
