Schneider Electric, a leading company in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has announced the appointment of Manish Pant as the new executive Vice President for international operations, effective November 1, 2022.
Pant has a strong track record with Schneider Electric, having been with the company for over 20 years and holding various strategic roles in operations, business divisions, and joint ventures. Prior to his new role, he served as the president of East Asia and Japan Zone, where he successfully led commercial operations across 14 countries, including South-East Asia, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and Mongolia.

In his new position, Pant will be responsible for leading operations in the Pacific, India, Middle East Africa, and South America, bringing solutions to customers on their sustainability journey.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Pant worked at Larsen & Toubro Ltd India, where he led sales and marketing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a master’s in business administration from the Asian Institute of Management, and a transformational leadership certificate from Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
Overall, Pant’s extensive experience and leadership skills make him well-equipped to take on this key role at Schneider Electric and drive the company’s international expansion efforts.
