Before starting Bharat Pe he has worked in various companies like Kotak Investment Bank, Grofers, PC Jeweller Ltd and American Express. Grover announced the birth of his new venture Third Unicorn on 40th birthday in June 2022. The entrepreneur has been tight-lipped about the details of the venture but has shared a few details on his LinkedIn profile. On the profile, he wrote, “Let’s get some work done in 2023! We at Third Unicorn have been quietly and peacefully building a market-shaking business. Bootstrapped. Without limelight. And we are doing things differently. Very differently.” He also shared a slideshow giving a sneak peek of the venture.
The slideshow revealed that venture capitalists will not fund Third Unicorn and instead use desi/self-earned capital. The team size will be 50 members. In addition, the former Shark Tank judge also promised a Mercedes to employees who complete five years in the company.
