After a three-year hiatus, PharmEasy is back on television with a vibrant new campaign. The digital healthcare platform has reintroduced its signature jingle, “PharmEasy, PharmEasy…Take It Easy,” to drive awareness and adoption of its diagnostic services.
The Campaign Idea: Relatable, Real, and Right on Time
Conceptualized by independent creative agency BusyPeople, led by Garima Khandelwal, the campaign brings humor and everyday frustration into the spotlight. The stars? Two charming uncles—one obsessed with food and the other with punctuality—each facing relatable pain points like fasting delays and disrupted routines due to late sample collections.

The Promise: ‘On-Time or FREE’*
With its bold new promise—“On-Time or FREE”—PharmEasy addresses a key customer frustration. Whether it’s skipping breakfast for a test or waking up early to prep, the brand ensures punctual sample collection. If they’re late? The diagnostic test is on the house.
Voices from the Brand
Garima Khandelwal, Creative Director at BusyPeople, shared, “We stayed true to the brand’s fun tone while sharply landing the offering—relevant, relatable, and entertaining.”
Siddharth Shah, MD & CEO of API Holdings, added, “Fasting is hard, but waiting shouldn’t be. Our campaign reflects PharmEasy’s journey toward simplifying and humanizing healthcare access for every Indian.”
Gaurav Verma, Chief Business Officer, echoed this by saying, “Every minute matters when you’re fasting. We built this feature from real frustration—we want to respect your effort by showing up on time.”
